Welding electrode for stainless steel and unalloyed steel Luna RI 310

Electrode class: EN 1600 :E 25 20 R 12 AWS A5.4 E310-16 Luna RI 310. Rutile basic electrode for all position welding except vertical downwards. Fully austenitic weld deposit with high content of Cr and Ni intended for high service temperatures. Resistant to oxidation and scaling up to 1100°C. Avoid working temperatures between 650–850°C. Welds best with DC. Welded with max. supply of heat 1.5KJ/mm. Intermediate string temperature max. 100°C. Current type: AC/DC+. RI 310 is developed for applications with high service temperatures and its resistance to wet corrosion is limited. Handling welded with max. heat supply 1.5KJ/mm. Intermediate string temperature max. 100°C. Corrosion resistance
